once again captured a u.s. spy drone but this time the u.s. navy insists no drones in the region are missing right now. the iranians say the scan eagle drone as they call it flu flew into its airspace. iranians claim this is the video evidence. they reveal how they quote the video or captured the drone. iranian regime made similar claims regarding the stealth zone still unclear when it captured it or crash landed on iranian territory. either way the new drone is said to be far less sophisticated. the pentagon points out several countries used the scan eagle so theoretically it could be almost anybody's. david lee miller is live in jerusalem. david lee? >> that's right, shepard, the u.s. navy says two of iran's neighbors the uae the united arab emirates as well as kuwait have scan eagle drones. it's very possible the drone that iran is claiming to have in its possession could have come from somewhere in the neighborhood. so, as of now at this hour, there is still a mystery as to where this drone came from. the u.s. says that all its drones in the region have been accounted for. in

was tracking this with egypt radar. the u.s. navy moved several warships in to the pacific. with that radar on board. they were watching. waiting for the launch. according to the north american aerospace defense command or norad the first stage of the three-stage rocket fell in the yellow sea southwest of north korea. the second stage travelled farther before falling in to the philippine sea. but the rocket ultimately launched some sort of object to orbit. the north koreans say it was a satellite. norad confirms the long range ballistic missile lunched but added at no time was it a threat to north america. not yet, at least. >> shepard: u.s. officials say they think the north koreans had help with this. >> u.s. officials are concerned that north korea could not have done this on their own. they point to the fact that the north koreans only have one porch. it's difficult to ship things out of that port because of the sanctions. typically any ballistic missile parts would fly through china to the north. china is north korea's only friend. there have been reports of voice of america this week

americans. and the commander of an elite team of navy seals has died in an apparent suicide. that's what military officials are now telling the news agencies. they say commander joe price from eastern pennsylvania died on saturday of a gunshot wound to the head. he was commanding officer of seal team 4 which trains local police in remote areas of afghanistan. another seal commander said, quote: the naval special warfare family is deeply saddened by the loss of our teammate and so are we. the situation in syria is still a reason for worry nearly two years after the deadly civil war first got underway. that's the word today from the united nations peace envoy that was sent to syria to try to have talks with syrian president bashar assad. working to negotiate an end to the fighting of the syrian army and rebel forces. what happened in the the violence increased dramatically in recent days since his arrival. and just yesterday activist said a government air strike killed dozens of men, women and children. they were waiting in a bread line in central syria and dozens more civilians were woun
